I am clearly having withdrawal headaches and such. It’s been going well… I’ve been more hungry though, but don’t have sugar cravings. Which is kind of funny.
I really though it would be tough to not feel the need to dig into pastries at Whole Foods or the Farmer’s market.
Paleomg.com has been very funny and amazing to read , and her recipes are just AMAZEBALLS!!!! ( sorry for unprofessional word! ;) )
We had a southwestern Frittata this morning and it was SO delicious! I’m making a sweet Potato Bacon salad for lunch and YUM Chuck roast for dinner! We’ll see how that goes.
Andy is been drinking his coffee black and he has also had withdrawal symptoms like bad headaches. He did say today that he is getting used to no cream and sugar. ( I did make him a paleo alternative with coconut milk, but with no sugar)
My friend Amy who has been on paleo for a couple of months introduced me to these bars that are totally paleo and are SO YUMMY! There is this one that would apply to our current no sugar paleo plan, Cashew and Dates. Thats the ingredients list… awesome?! I DO think so ! I might even figure out how to make them myself!
Anywho! It’s been going well and I have time to focus on Jewelry as well and have been busy making more Leather Cuffs ( THEY ARE SO MUCH FUN TO MAKE!!!! it’s lot’s of hammering. ) I have a great idea for a new one that I will be working on today! Love it!
